Mr. Nadeau has served in such capacity since September 30, 1994. He was also Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Unigesco Inc. from 1982 to September 1994 and Chairman of the Board of Unigesco’s affiliate, Univa Inc. (a marketer and distributor in the food sector) from October 1989 to July 1993. Mr. Nadeau, age 64, is also a director of Sun Life Financial Inc. and Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada. Mr. Nadeau has served as a director of the Company since 1988.
