Telecommunications Consultant and Private Investor
Mr. Taylor, age 63, served as Chief Executive Officer of MCI from November 1996 to October 1998. He also served as MCI’s President and Chief Operating Officer from July 1994 to November 1996 and as MCI’s Chief Operating Officer from April 1993 to July 1994. Mr. Taylor is also a director of CIENA Corporation. Mr. Taylor has served as a director of the Company since 1999.
