Mr. Rollier has held his position at Lafarge North America since May 2001. Mr. Rollier, age 62, served as Regional President of Lafarge S.A. – Central Europe and CIS for Cement, Aggregates and Concrete from 1995 to 2001 and has served as Executive Vice President of Lafarge S.A. since 1999. Mr. Rollier is also a director of Moria S.A. Mr. Rollier has served as a director of the Company since 2001.
